Take, Eat

In this painting, a stained-glass angel overlooks a woman just ready to receive the Sacrament.  Like all of us, she bears the marks of sin in her body.  She seems unashamed of her inadequate church attire.  Why?  Because she is hungry for Jesus Christ.  It is enough.
