Son House

There aren’t too many photos out there of blues legend Son House, but this is my favorite one.  It’s about the most soulful face I can ever remember seeing.  Those eyes!  Is it sadness?  Weariness?  Resignation?  Or is that the beginning of a grin?  You decide.
